Atrium House-Mahr Development
Corporation of Fla.
Atrium House was
one of 5 model plans that I completed for Mahr Development Corporation as part
of the Casa del Mahr Phase 2 Oceanfront development project
on St. George Island (Fla). The 3800 sf 4 bedroom, 3 level structure was on the
beach and was designed for relaxed oceanfront living and its central feature was
a
20x23 open atrium on all three floor levels. A retractable skylight was part of
the option plan for this model.
