Fees and Cost of Services
- fixed fee--i will quote you a lump sum for the work--monthly invoices
- percentage of construction--will range from 7-15% by negotiation
- hourly to a maximum-fixed hourly rate to an agreed upon maximum
- cost plus fixed fee--estimated cost plus fixed fee--if work finished
ahead
of estimates then client keeps difference but pays entire fee for job--
usually used when scope of work is very clear and an incentive is used
for the consultant to finish up as soon as possible.
Hourly Charge out Rates--Per Diem and Mileage Reimbursements
- principal landscape architect--$125/hr
- associate landscape architect--$80/hr
- autocad drafting--report assembly--$40/hr
- per diem--$150/day meals and lodging when required
- standard current IRS mileage rate
